Re-licensure credit instructions:
1. If doing Weber State Credit, you will need to register on their site. For USBE credit and Re-Licensure you will need your cactus #.
2. Turn in your name badge at the closing session on Friday October 12, 2018. For workshop only attendees, turn in your name badge to the registration table on Thursday October 11, 2018 at 4:00pm.
Credit Options:.50 USBE credit
1.0 Weber State Credit*
*There is an additional $20 fee
An Addition 2 hour assignment to receive the .50 or 1.0 credit.
For USBE credit or Weber State Credit, you will be required to complete the following:
Attend the FULL conference: The Workshop Only attendees will be ineligible for USBE or Weber State credit. To receive credit, attendees must turn in their badge at the
closing session on Friday October 12, 2018.

Last Name, First Name_USBE Credit. If we do not receive your assignment, you will not receive credit.
Parking:Free parking available at 23rd & Grant Avenue in the Junction Parking Garage. Park on the south end of the parking garage.

Street parking is limited to 2 hours
Closer Parking is $5 for the day, use the attendant upon entering the self pay parking garage on the south side of the Eccle's center.
If you leave parking you have to pay another $5 to return.
